The Born Losers
The Born Losers are a three piece band which was formed in 2005.
The band play pubs and clubs around the Merseyside region and occasionally
cross the border to places as far away as Workington. There has been talk of
even going to Ellesmere Port sometime, but the lads don’t want to get
carried away. The fact remains; they are on the up and up and have a strong
following of devotees. Somebody in their twenties said they liked them and
on one occasion, a man from Southport clapped after one of the songs.
What to Expect
You can expect a night of raw entertainment from a fairly raucous bunch that
work hard to keep in time, remember lyrics and keep the crowd buzzing.
The band covers a range of tracks from the 1960s onwards, focusing on
‘forgotten favourites’.
You have to remember that they are all male, they
have no rhythm guitar player or keyboards so their repertoire fits in with
that. If you want Earth Wind and Fire, Pet Shop Boys or Abba then you need a
bus into town.
If you are looking for an all round guitar band sound, then
you’re in for a good night.
